Handmade textile of H’mong people

Today H’mong ethnic minority in the Dong Van Plateau mostly use clothes and textiles imported from China, because it is cheap, diverse and handy.

The self-woven fabric costumes require quite a lot of time and effort. The flaxen filaments are woven into white sheets, which are then used for embroidery or dyed with a solution from another blue-and-black plant for sewing.
